Permanent, Full Time 

Mainscale/UPS + TLR2

(depending upon experience)

 

REQUIRED TO START: SEPTEMBER 2024

 

The Directors of St Bartholomew’s CE MAT are seeking to appoint  a highly effective, committed and passionate teacher and middle leader to be part of our friendly and welcoming Trust, helping to support the learning needs of children with SEND across the Trust.

Wolverhampton Hub:

·         St Bartholomew’s CE Primary School, Penn, Wolverhampton

·         St Benedict Biscop CE Primary School, Wombourne, South Staffordshire

·         Woodfield Primary School, Penn, Wolverhampton

·         All Saints’ CE Primary School, Trysull, South Staffordshire

·         Oak Meadow Primary School, Wolverhampton

·         Fairhaven Primary School, Wordsley, Dudley (joining October 2023)

 

Stafford Hub:

·         Gnosall CE Primary Academy, Stafford

·         Haughton CE Primary Academy, Stafford

·         Woodseaves CE Primary Academy, Stafford

 

The successful candidate will work in one Hub based on their location.

 

We are looking for a Good/Outstanding child-centred practitioner with:

 

·         high expectations of children and a proven commitment to raising standards

·         successful teaching experience in either EYFS, KS1 or KS2

·         good understanding and subject knowledge of the EYFS ,KS1 or KS2 curriculum

·         experience of supporting children with SEND, including those with complex needs

·         experience of supporting colleagues to ensure that provision for children with SEND is effective meeting need and aspirational for all children

·         experience of leading training on effective support for children with SEND

·         ability to raise standards beyond your own classroom

·         proven skills of organisation and leadership

·         the ability to support, lead and inspire colleagues by example

·         excellent interpersonal skills

·         commitment to the distinctive Christian nature of the schools
