What are we looking for:

St Bartholomew’s CE Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Level 2 teaching assistant to support children’s access to learning. The successful candidate will be based at Woodfield Primary School.

We are looking for a child-centred practitioner with:

• Experience of working with children who have a wide variety of educational needs.

• An understanding of children’s development with special educational needs.

• Experience of working with children with special educational needs.

• Experience of supporting children in all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage and National Curriculum.

• Knowledge and understanding of how to motivate and enthuse children in their learning.

• Knowledge and experience of leading targeted interventions.

• Proven experience of a range of positive behaviour management strategies.

• High expectations of children and a commitment to raising standards.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
