St Benedict Biscop CE Primary School is a warm, welcoming and community minded school situated in Wombourne, Staffordshire. As a church school, we are proud of our links to our community and believe passionately in providing the best possible experiences and opportunities for our children and staff.
We are looking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant for our small friendly school. This is to cover our existing Administrative Assistant for Maternity Leave of up to 12 months. You will play an integral part in providing administrative support to the whole school, as well as acting as the first point of contact for parents and visitors alike.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have experience of working in a school office.
· Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Have excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise workloads, use their initiative and have a flexible “can do” approach to their work.
· Have experience of using Microsoft Office, especially Forms, Word and Outlook.
· Knowledge of Bromcom MIS system would be advantageous.
· Be committed to full communication with job share partner to ensure the smooth running of the office.
