Actual Salary £11,980 - £12,170

Wednesday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm

The Governors are seeking to appoint a level 2 teaching assistant who is keen to support learning of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Early Years and KS1 in this popular, over-subscribed Church school.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate practitioner with:
Proven successful experience of supporting children’s learning in EYFS/Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
Experience of working with or passion for working with children with SEND
Proven experience of impacting on progress
A commitment to supporting highly inclusive practice
The ability to support, lead and inspire children and peers by example
High expectations of children and a commitment to raising standards
Excellent interpersonal skills
Commitment to the church ethos of the MAT
