The Trustees are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Level 2 Teaching Assistant, to support a child with special educational needs. The successful candidate will be based at Tibberton CE Primary School, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.45am until 1.00pm.

We are looking for a child-centred practitioner with:

• proven successful experience of supporting the raising of standards in school

• wide experience of working with children with special educational needs

• proven experience of a range of positive behaviour management strategies

• the ability to support, lead and inspire children

• high expectations of children and a commitment to raising standards

• excellent interpersonal skills
