Woodseaves CE Primary Academy is seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic, and adaptable Class Teacher to join our nurturing and ambitious team. This post is suitable for an Early Years or Key Stage 1 specialist, with the final class placement tailored to the experience and strengths of the successful candidate within our mixed-age classes.

The Role:
We are looking for someone who:
Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of EYFS and/or Key Stage 1 pedagogy
Has experience or confidence teaching in mixed-age classes (or is willing to develop this skill)
Is confident and creative in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
Is willing to contribute fully to school life – in a small school, flexibility and a “willing to get stuck in” attitude are essential
Has high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to inclusive practice
Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
Is reflective, motivated, and eager to develop professionally
