Abbey Primary School & Nursery is a warm, welcoming and community minded school situated in Bloxwich, Walsall. As a school, we are proud of our links to our community and believe passionately in providing the best possible experiences and opportunities for our children and staff.


We are looking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant for our small friendly school office. You will play an integral part in providing administrative support to the whole school, as well as acting as the first point of contact for parents and visitors alike.


The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience of working in a school office.

• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Have excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise workloads, use their initiative and have a flexible “can do” approach to their work.

• Have experience of using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook.

• Knowledge of SIMs/Bromcom and Parent Pay would be advantageous.
