Haughton St Giles CE Primary Academy is a warm, welcoming and community minded rural school situated in Haughton, Staffordshire. As a school, we are proud of our links to our community and believe passionately in providing the best possible outcomes and opportunities for our children and staff.
We are looking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our small friendly school office. You will play an integral part in providing administrative support to the whole school, as well as acting as the first point of contact for parents and visitors alike.
The ideal candidate will:
Be friendly and approachable, a strong team player and keen to join our well-established school family.
Have experience of working in a school office.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Have excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise workloads, use their initiative and have a flexible “can do” approach to their work.
Have experience of using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook.
Knowledge of Bromcom and Parent Pay would be advantageous.
