Administrative Assistant (Ref: SBMAT87) - St Benedict Biscop CE Primary School

37 hours per week (term-time plus one week)

Grade 4, SCP 8-12, £19,912 to £21,902 (actual salary £17,375 to £19,114)

From September, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Administrative Assistant to work in our small friendly office. You will play an integral part in providing administrative support to the whole school and act as the first point of contact for parents and visitors alike.

The ideal candidate will:

· Have experience of working in a school office or other relevant administrative setting.

· Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Have excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise workloads, use their initiative and have a flexible “can do” approach to their work.

· Have experience of using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Publisher and Outlook.

· Be able to work independently.

· Build strong relationships with both staff and children.
